Join us on November 14, 2026 for the San Antonio Heart and Stroke Walk and walk to save lives!

By registering for the Heart Walk today, you are taking the first step to save lives. Every walker who joins, every dollar donated means more research, more people trained in lifesaving CPR, more medical breakthroughs and more champions for better health outcomes for all.

This signature event brings companies and community teams to honor and remember those touched by heart disease and stroke, and promotes physical activity in a fun, family environment.
