Donna Lowder is the Live Oak Economic Development Manager. In her position, she works on business recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and economic development initiatives, which are aimed at creating new investments and primary jobs. She works with existing employers to assist with business retention and expansion efforts within the City of Live Oak.
Donna has worked for the City of Live Oak for 27 dedicated years. As a native of Beaumont, Texas, and now resides in Schertz, Texas with her husband, Jeff. Together, they have three beautiful grown daughters. As a true believer in community partnership equals community success, Donna participates in many industry-related organizations such as Texas Economic Development Council, Texas Tri-County Chamber of Commerce, and American Planning Association-Texas Chapter. In her spare time, Donna loves quilting, karaoke, and spending quality time with her family.
