Hi, I’m Carol Hipolito—and if there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I give my whole heart to everything I do. I’m proud to be part of the ONE Family at Realty ONE Group Emerald here in San Antonio, where I serve as Director of First Impressions. Real estate has been part of my journey for over 10 years, starting in Fremont, California, before bringing my passion and experience to Texas.

In less than four years here in San Antonio, I’ve been blessed to grow deep roots in this community—serving, connecting, and showing up wherever I’m needed. Whether it’s through the Helotes Chamber, Tri-County Chamber, South Texas Business Partnership, or my role as PTA Vice President at Legacy Middle School, my mission is always the same: to make a difference.

I believe in people. I believe in community. And I believe that when we come together, we can create something truly special.
