Join Tri-County for our Health & Wellness Luncheon & Panel Discussion — an Ask an Expert style luncheon focused on real conversations, local resources, and community wellness.

Guests will enjoy lunch, visit wellness-focused vendor tables, and hear from a panel of local experts sharing practical insight on health, wellness, prevention, resources, and overall quality of life.

This luncheon will have a little different flow than our traditional luncheons. Attendees will have time to grab lunch, walk around, visit vendors, ask questions, and then come together for a short panel discussion.
