About

Monica graduated from Wayland Baptist University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and has been thriving in her career with New York Life since September 2023. She works closely with her partner, Andrea Longoria (known as "Team A"), alongside a talented group of professionals, to continue building her expertise and achieving success in the industry.

With a determined spirit and unwavering perseverance, Monica strives every day to excel in her career, particularly in helping individuals and business owners secure their futures through retirement planning.

Outside of her career, Monica has a deep love for traveling and cherishing time with her family. She has three daughters, ages 30, 23 and 20, and is a proud grandmother three grandsons;  Kiko, Mateo and Vincenzo. 

 Monica's bucket list includes visits to Spain, Italy, and Portugal, where she hopes to explore new cultures and make lasting memories.

Monica is also deeply involved in her community, actively serving in her church and volunteering for various local opportunities. She is a proud member of the Tri-County Chamber, BNI Professionals and the Inspiring Women’s Club, where she connects with like-minded individuals who are also passionate about empowering others.

As a grandmother, Monica is committed to building a legacy for her daughters and grandchildren, ensuring they have the resources to thrive in the future. Her passion for retirement planning drives her to create secure and sustainable financial strategies for her clients, leaving them with peace of mind for the years to come.
