Ron Henry is a proud father of two and a lifelong San Antonian with deep roots in the community. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Education from Southwest Texas State in 2003, he spent 17 years teaching in SCUCISD, shaping young minds and building connections that still fuel his work today.

In 2009, Ron and his family put down roots in Cibolo, where he soon discovered his passion for real estate. He earned his broker’s license in 2019 and went on to open Just Focus Real Estate on Main Street in downtown Cibolo — a brokerage built on integrity, service, and genuine community engagement.

Ron is known for his hands-on approach, strong communication, and unwavering commitment to the people he serves. Whether he’s helping families find their next home or partnering with investors to build long-term wealth, he brings the same level of dedication, market knowledge, and personal care.
